Dr. Peter McCullough testified before the Pennsylvania Senate on 3/4/22. The topic was the Four Pillars of Pandemic Response:

One of the most shocking statements he made (there were many), was that the vaccines were known by the CDC and drug companies to have less than 20% efficacy in 5- to 11-year-old’s. The absolute minimum efficacy of any vaccine for approval should be at least 50% and is usually much higher. He stated that upon the examination of 4,249 5 to 11-year-olds who received the shot, 100 had severe outcomes, and 15 of those children had evidence of heart injury. Watch.
